Stephanie helps oversee operational strategy and organizational growth initiatives that support Brisbane Consulting Group’s long-term success. She works closely with leadership to strengthen internal operations and support a high level of client service. Prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer, Stephanie served as Director of Human Resources, bringing extensive experience in workforce management and organizational leadership.
